Hey Queens!

Its finally Friday!!!…. Woo-Woo

Okay, so I’m back with my review on the Curls: Curl Soufflé that I ordered from Loux, the new, and innovative online beauty supply.  I did a blog on them last week that you can check out HERE, to get a quick recap.

First, I would like to say that I was so impressed and pleased with how quickly my product arrived to my house. Loux makes a promise that your shipment will be to you in 3 days or less, and my product came in exactly 3 days, just when I needed it.

I was looking for a good styling product to hydrate and define my hair. Through the help of the Loux website, which is organized by the needs of you hair, I decided to try the Curls: Curl Soufflé (Medium Curl Cream).

Curls: Curl Soufflé

Description: Ideal for medium-thick textured tresses. Defines, defrizzes and moisturizes curls with a soft natural touch. This soufflé textured cream locks in moisture  while setting your curls.

Size: 8 fl oz

Directions for use:

Day1- Apply to freshly  cleansed/conditioned hair , while it is still wet. Moisturize first with Quenched Curls Moisturizer. Scrunch Curl Soufflé into hair, section by section. Allow hair to dry.

Day 2- Refresh your curls with Quenched Curls Moisturizer and reapply Curl Soufflé to curls as needed.

My thoughts: I really liked the product because I felt like it was able to hydrate/ moisturize my hair, but I feel that it doesn’t work best for my hair texture for a wash-and-go I have a 4A/4B hair texture, so after applying the product my hair looked like a frizzy fro. But I also didn’t realize that this product didn’t have any hold when I purchased it, and I think it is also best to have some of the products mentioned in the directions for better results. I’m going to experiment with the product again, and this time I will try a twist out.

Stay tuned for the results!
